The listed prices are per person per day with half board treatment. Inclusive of service charges and Vat at 10%.
The tourist tax of 1,40 Euro per person per night is not included. Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax. The tourist tax will be charged at the end of your stay.
On arrival your room will be ready from 2pm, while on departure we would kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11am.
Children reductions apply only if children share the room with their parents.
Animals: We would kindly ask you to appreciate that animals are not allowed.
Booking confirmation: the room booking is binding once we have replied and confirmed in writing.
Cancellations: for cancellation for which we have been informed at least 2 weeks before arrival date we will charge 50% of the total amount, for cancellations for which we have been informed at least 1 week before arrival we charge 85% of the total amount. For late arrivals and earlier check-outs we charge 100% of the the total amount. Cancellations must be made in written form. We therefore advise you to take up travel insurance. Feel free to contact us if you require further information on this matter.
Short stays: We kindly inform you that for short stay, less than 4 nights we will charge a surprice of of 3,00 Euro per person.
